Direct Care Connect DCC™ EX is alarm management application that not only escalates and records alarm response time for each caregiver, but also the frequency and associated urgency of each alarm.
Response time metrics can be used by management to assess staff performance and identify high-performing employees. Alarm escalations can be programmed to roll to a variety of devices. When integrated with an existing communications server, DCC EX offers an array of one-touch options for fielding patient-triggered alarms on cordless handsets and mobile devices.
With a single touch, a nurse can choose to accept an alarm or call and speak directly with the patient. If a nurse is unable to field the page, the alarm will roll to a series of pre-assigned backups until answered. DCC EX works with a wide range of IP PBX, DECT, wireless sensors and industry-standard fire panels and wandering management systems for complete integration.

Wymondham House, built in 1883 by George Ketts’. Described by Pevsner (Cambridgeshire p.329) as the ‘best of the Victorian villas on the south side.
The project involved the delivery of a guaranteed 100/100 Mbs internet connectivity over fibre FTTC, along with state-of-the-art high-speed mobile wireless network throughout the house and gardens.
65-70 Whitelion Street London
Briggs and Forester were selected to design and deliver full electrical service installation that include the site wide data infrastructure. Following a competitive tendering process DataworX.net secured the project.
Dataworxs infrastructure as a Service team complete the installation of Landlords Data and Network solutions on time and on budget. The solutions consisted of Connectix 300 x Cat6a data outlets along with FortiGate WAN / LAN / Wi-Fi secure product set.

DataworXs installation at the Silver Birch Care Home included a Ruckus Cloud Managed WiFi solution, high speed fibre boardband and a integrated nurse call system delivering alerts direct to care staff devices!
DataworXs infrastructure as a Service team complete the installation of school wide Data and Network solutions on time and on budget. The solutions consisted of Connectix Cat6 BC2A compliant data cabling along with Meraki Cloud WAN / LAN product set.
Chivers Barns in Haslingfield, South Cambridge is a development owned by Trumpington Estate. This vast project saw 4 brand new residential units of 2,3 and 4 bedroom smart living cottages built on a rural location, in open farming land. The project ran throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, which brought many challenges, however, the project was delivered as promised and with minimal disruption to the end user client.
Dataworxs secure prestigious new build data infrastructure project in partnership with SEC.
The Vulcan Works scheme is creating a total of 59 lettable units - specifically aimed at start-ups and growing businesses - in the area between Guildhall Road, Angel Street, Fetter Street and St John's Street in Northampton's Cultural Quarter.
The overall project will run for 18 weeks and will see the installation of 1200 plus Cat6a data outlets spread over 4 locations. The full site will consist of 5 dedicated communications rooms, all linked together using a blend of 8 Core OS2 and OM4 fibre infrastructure along with added resilience copper backbone of 8 x Cat6a links.

Having to work though the challenging covid pandemic searching to find a right fit IT service partner with ability to provide a secure flexible 5G broadband connectivity was a huge challenge.
We needed to engage with an IT company that would be proactive and meet with us to understand our needs, which was to provide temporary internet connection, so that our facility team had the ability to remotely manage the building security systems and provide the home with wireless connectivity.

Dataworxs secure new student apartments fibre infrastructure project. The network will be used to deliver Voice, Video & Data connectivity to 80 units spread over 8 floors. Today sees our splicing team start the 6 week long project.
Dataworxs celebrate securing a new IAAS project opportunity in Leeds City for 500 student apartments. The building structure has progress well with work starting in January 2024 as planned. The project consists of over 1000 Cat6 data outlets along with multiple OM4 16 core fibre links to remote cabinets and will deliver a robust reliable infrastructure. The project will run for 8 Months and complete ready for August 2024 student intake.
Dataworxs secure Carlton Hill Leeds student apartment CCTV Project in partnership with ADI & Hikvison. The project consists of 4 large tower blocks with external roof gardens living accommodation of 684 apartments.
Our dedicated newly formed CCTV team will complete the installation of Hik Central Server, Dual NVR’s, Smart Media Walls and 80 various camera types across the site.
